A voice recorder that requires minimal permissions: all it needs is RECORD_AUDIO. It saves its recordings in its internal cache directory, so it doesn't need permission to read or write your external storage. To export a recording to another app, you share it--so you can send it by email, by Bluetooth, whatever your device supports. If you want to save it to a file, share it to my Save To File app (available later today). That one *does* require permission to write to external storage; but you don't have to use it if you don't want to.
